Can I exchange LUXE Bandage Dresses for other items?

  • Yes. If you purchase a LUXE Bandage Dress and need to exchange it because it doesn’t fit you can exchange for any other in stock items.

 

Can exchange a LUXE Bandage Dress for another LUXE Bandage Dress?

  • No. LUXE Bandage Dresses are pre-order items and must be paid for in full as a new order prior to receiving.

 

Can I place an order over the phone?

  • Yes. However, I do not encourage it due to security reasons. When you place your order online you are on a secure website and you have access to your account and order history. When orders are placed over the phone there is no order history to view online because the transaction is not registered via your online account.

 

Do you have an actual storefront?

  • No. At this time Just Chic Boutique is ONLY an online boutique however, this will change in the near future.

 

Can I exchange something for a lesser priced item and receive a refund for the difference?

  • No. Just Chic Boutique does not issued refunds. You will receive a store credit good for ONE YEAR for the difference in pricing.

 

How often do you restock items or add new merchandise?

  • Items are restocked due to popularity and request. I do my best to restock items upon request.  However; the suppliers may not be supplying the item anymore due to season or trend changes which would result in the item being permanently out of stock. 
  • I try to add new items weekly if not every other week. New items are usually added to the website on Thursday’s.
