Just Chic wants you to be completely happy with your shopping experience and purchase! Every item shipped is inspected by staff to ensure quality assurance.

 

 

** DUE TO SANITARY REASONS WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON JEWELRY, INTIMATES, SWIMWEAR OR BODYSUITS. ** Clearance and final sale items are NOT eligible for return/exchange.

 

 

All defective claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item (s).

 

 

 

Just Chic does NOT issue any Cash, Credit Card, Check, Paypal or Money Order refunds unless we are unable to fill your order. 

 

We gladly accept eligible items for EXCHANGE or offer STORE CREDIT ONLY.  You are welcome to exchange regular priced item (s) within 5 days of receipt.  The shipment must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt to be accepted for exchange. 

 

Exchange items must be in their original packaging, and not worn. Items that do not meet these criteria's will not be accepted as a valid exchange.  Items returned for exchange would be re-inspected by a staff member to ensure quality assurance. Please use care when trying on items that you wish to exchange.

 

When exchanging an item (s) all shipping expenses are entirely your responsibility. Please make sure you pack the items well and use postage that is traceable, as we cannot be responsible for lost items. 


**PLEASE NOTE** International shippers may incur additional fees for duties/customs which fees are the responsibility of the customer.


 

**CANCELLED ORDERS** You may cancel an order only if it has not been processed for shipping or has not been packaged for shipping.  If your order has not gone through any of the above, please email us at customerservice@justchiconline.com to cancel your order.

 

 

PRE-ORDERS & LUXE BANDAGE DRESSES

Please be advised that once you have placed an order for a PRE-ORDER ITEM SUCH AS A LUXE BANDAGE DRESS THE ORDER CAN NOT BE CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON.  These orders are placed directly with the manufacturer and CAN NOT BE CANCELLED ONCE PLACED.  So please be sure that you have placed the order for the correct item and size that you would like, in addition you have read the expected date range for shipping. **LUXE BANDAGE DRESSES CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED FOR THE SAME ITEM OR ANY OTHER LUXE BANDAGE DRESS.  YOU CAN ONLY EXCHANGE LUXE BANDAGE DRESSES FOR IN STOCK ITEMS NOT PRE-ORDER ITEMS.**

**ITEM (S) DAMAGED IN TRANSIT** PLEASE CONTACT THE SHIPPING PROVIDER THAT DELIVERED YOUR PACKAGE TO FILE A DAMAGED CLAIM. MOST OF THEM HAVE A $100.00 LIMIT OF LIABILITY FOR SHIPMENTS WHEN ADDITIONAL INSURANCE WAS NOT PURCHASED.

**RETURNS/EXCHANGES will not be accepted without RA #. We will not be held responsible for returns sent to Just Chic without prior authorization and RA#. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender. (Please see Instructions below)


To Make an Exchange:

U.S. customers have 5 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange. All merchandise shipped must be received by Just Chic within 10 days of the exchange being authorized.  International customers have 17 days of the exchange authorization date.

Request a Return/Exchange form by emailing to return-exchange@justchiconline.com. Within 48 hours you will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). If the item you are requesting for exchange is not available you will be issued a store credit. 

Please include the Return/Exchange form in the package with your exchange. (This form will be provided along with your RA#.)

Write the RA# visibly and legibly on the package.

You may exchange an item for the same item (different color) or a different item.

In the event that you choose an item that cost more than your original merchandise you will need to provide payment for the difference at the time of exchange.  In this event you will be emailed a link to pay the invoice for the difference.

If the item is less than your original merchandise we will provide you with a store credit once the exchanged merchandise is received.

To Make a Return on defective item (s):

Defective items (s) have 48 hours from the day of receipt to submit a defective claim form. 

Request a Defective Claim form by emailing to return-exchange@justchiconline.com.

Within 48 hours you will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RA#).   

Place the form in the package with your merchandise

Secure the package and write the RA# visibly and legibly on the package.

Return shipping charges will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of defective items (s).

You will receive a STORE CREDIT for the damaged item (s) which is valid for ONE YEAR ONLY.

We recommend you insure your package and request signature confirmation so that you will have shipping protection. We will NOT be responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, mis-delivered packages, etc…
